PAT Directory Instructions
To search by PAT ID, use as much of the PAT ID as you know (full ID is best). The format will either be PAT-123456 or 987654.
If you wish to search by partial PAT ID, use the % character as the wild card. For example, you can find PAT-123456 by searching %123456, PAT-12345%, or %12345%.
